Everything you expect from a little convenience store to have and more. Reliably open. Especially convenient when there is a storm or power outage (ice!), or you forgot to grab something at the grocery store, or just need a snack or drink (great on a hot day).
The people working here are chill and polite, down-to-earth and have good music tastes. The current manager made great improvements after Ty (old Mr. Wilson's son) passed the business to him (but Ty was always a great and caring guy otherwise). It is well-stocked, clean, cooler on hot days, and has a wide selection, like old Mr. Wilson used to run his store. My family has been going here for all sorts of needs ever since the original, old Mr. Wilson owned it.
Don't let the small size fool you: It's the best convenience store in downtown Everett.
Here you will find: Snacks (chips, crackers, cookies, candy, donuts, snack bars, etc.) Drinks (water, electrolyte drinks [like Gatoraid/Poweraid], soda, energy drinks, juice, milk, alcohol) Frozen treats (ice cream in family size tubs, pints of gelato and ice cream and sherbet, and an assortment of packaged treats you'd get from an ice cream truck) Stuff you'd find in your pantry or baking cabinet (canned food, ramen, cooking spray, baking soda, bags of beans and rice, and so much more) Hygeine items (toothpaste, med cabinet items, fingernail clipper, etc.) Assorted lunch & commonly forgotten quick-grabs (hot dogs, cheese, milk and juice [I know I already mentioned them], etc.) Random things, subject to change (umbrellas, hats, batteries [handy to go grab in a power outage], scratch tickets, tobacco products, jerky, Beanie Babies plush...
Read moreDaniel is just a wonderful guy! He had made this place so friendly. I live real close so we go here alot. He knows all our names, the store is clean and organized. He ALWAYS has the best music playing. It's never the same! Classic Rock, Smooth Jazz, cultural music from tons of different ethnicities. It's NEVER the same and I love it! This little grocery store has SO MANY ITEMS that NO other small stores carry. "Devour" frozen entrées and the best cereal. (I have to get him to order "Kix"😉) He actually ordered the Lay's 50% less salt potato chips after I asked for them! Who does that? Daniel does. I've asked him why he never changed the name to "Daniel's Market"? He told me it would cost him tens of thousands of dollars!😲. I think we should all donate some money for him so his name could be on that sign! I would donate $100 TODAY if everyone agreed 27th me. I know "Wilson's" had been the name for several decades but this would be a cool change. Thank you Daniel for alwas making and keeping OUR little neighborhood store in such excellent condition! Your recent change in your floor plan was such a GREAT decision! It makes it so much more open and easy...
