As someone from Ohio, visiting this place I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are beyond great, great things and the sales guy is super sweet and engaging. But the manager at the store...sad that I forgot his name...was the true star. The kindness and info when my mom made a purchase of a lift chair was so great. He was informative, precise, got the chair at my mom's immediately, assembly and punctuality was great and my mom is super happy. He told us that if we needed anything he was there. He also showed us all the info and listen...these days you don't get stellar managers like that. His stern look disguises the professionalism and the goodness he has. And that means a lot to me, as I am like many people in America, a person with a disabled parent. So that meant the world to me. My mother also has a speech impediment and he didn't flinch. Haven't been to the place in years. Most of the area is being torn down for redevelopment. The place is huge. I love to walk around and discover all the "treasure" that awaits. Filled with close-outs and discontinued items. Then you get into the furniture and bedding areas and the "hunt" really gets interesting. After searching you can bring your "booty" to the "island" in the middle of the store. Being an Outlet it's obviously hit or miss. I scored a countertop convection oven that sells for $149+ for $40. Also an Iron for$15, two ceramic frying pans for $7, silicone lined pie tin, As seen On Tv sunglasses, large non stick rolling pin, 24" plastic platter, hair twister, and a couple other items for $125.

Half of the building was sofas, chairs & recliners. Also had a section of random furniture and a large selection of shoes.
