Norman's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Exeter Township

We ordered a package to pick up in store and received an email that the order was ready. I went to the store twice and the staff claimed that the package was not delivered and did not help get the issue resolved. Nancy was particularly unhelpful and refused to help get the issue resolved. She repeatedly said “we don’t have it” when we asked where the packages were and refused to help figure out how to resolve the issue. I had to call hallmark twice to get the issue resolved. The customer service rep allowed us to get the packages shipped to home for free.

Nice store but some of the staff is awful. Went in during a busy day before Christmas. 2 registers open, one with an older woman and one with a younger woman. The younger calls the next person over, who apparently needed a return. The older cashier starts YELLING at the younger one for taking someone who needed a return. After the Norman’s Hallmark store in Sinking Spring called on 12-22 and asked them to hold a Christmas ornament for me through 12-23, That I would pick it up in the afternoon, they decided to sell it anyway.
