I will Highly Recommend Public Assistance Division. Because They have always been with me when I have needed their help throughout My Life Time, Throughout my toughest times and moments and even till now at this moment in my life time as I move on with my life.

I have always had Hope and I have not given up in my life even with every Challenges that I have faced. I will always Thank them for every offer’s and support that they are willing to give me as I will need as life goes on.

(Even Just A Little Bit Will Help) such as an advice as asking where could I go next on the list like picturing it as A Journey In A Life Time.

Like as an advice, (Don’t Take Advantage Of It OR You Can Lose It) (Like THE OLD SAYS, Don’t Take It in all at once.)

They say that they have caught up on back logs yet they are still working on a back log. They fail to meet federal time frames on ALL of thier services. They will deny assistance and site statue numbers that actually support the applicant but most people aren't familiar with policy and procedures. The call center is unable to answer most inquiries and you cannot speak with a supervisor rather you must wait 48 hours for a supervisor to call you back ( no call backs on holidays or weekends). Only 10 days into heating assistance and already have a back log. Federal laws require the application to be worked within 45 days it was 71 days and only then because I had a lawyer. If you have to deal with the DPA get help from ALASKA...
