Macs Bus Schedule Info — Local services in Fairbanks

Visiting Fairbanks for the weekend and attempted to get to Walmart for a few supplies.

Per Google Maps transit times, the blue line should be picking up at 1st & Noble. However, we arrived only to find the stop is not in service.

We then ran back across town to the bus depot, making it just as the bus we needed was pulling away. I waved the bus down and was refused service.

I find this action to be lacking in hospitality towards tourists and deeply frustrating when there are absolutely no other transportation options for those...

One of the ladies tht works there she's big back and white is rude !! I was minding my business and this lady was giving me a death stare and I didn't even notice MY SON noticed. Lady is unprofessional rude and def should not be driving ni VA busses. Dispatcher with glasses is horrible for coming out and didn't even apologize for her actions. There's drugs here alcoholics and weapons not a place to have ur kids...

Red Line scheduled stop at Fred Meyer West is routinely 5 min early. Scheduled at 3:51, arrives at 3:45 to 3:47 and departs before 3:49. I have pointed this out to the driver that is habitually early several times, as have others. Some people rely completely on MACS bus service and it causes undue stress when they must worry about missing an early bus and then deal with a less than interested...
