Our 6 year old daughter started at Breakout Dance Studio one year ago. It has been nothing but an amazing experience for her and our family. Ms Jamie and the whole Breakout Dance Studio team are phenomenal. The level of instruction is fantastic. Our daughter was new to ballet and tap and because of this studio has developed a passion for dance. The little tricks and tips they use to teach the girls the choreography is first class. It truly feels like a family at this dance studio. The communication is top notch- not too much and not too little! It was easy to enroll, and payment system was easy to navigate. The dress code is simple and you can order the items they need from the studio or a local store. The end of the season recital was outstanding- the costumes, the dancing, the photos, and the schedule. Every detail was thought of. The monthly Parents Nights Out are one of our daughter's favorite events- she loves these as much as we do. Both of my kids have been taking dance classes here for 2 years now. They both absolutely love dance classes with Jamie. My youngest has been in discover dance and it has made a huge difference for her balance, walking, running and gross motor skills. She has a global developmental delay and discover dance helped her catch up with peers and gave her the opportunity to discover a love for dance. She is so excited to start taking tap, ballet and acro. My oldest has been in tap/ballet for the last 2 years and just finished his first year of acro. He loves tap he is constantly practicing the performance piece any and everywhere. He has shown off his acro and tap skills to random people at the store, doctors offices and at church. It has given him so much confidence in himself and helped him find something that helps him to calm down his brain and get out all that energy especially in winter. All 5 of my children, ages 4-12 have taken classes over the last several years with Ms. Jamie at Breakout Dance Stuido. Our family has participated in the Discover Dance program, Hip Hop, Tap and Ballet and every class has been excellent. Not only is the instruction very technically sound but Ms. Jamie and the other staff at Breakout have built real, lasting relationships with my children. They add a level of excitement and energy to the classes that has fully engaged all of my children at different levels of abilities and attention spans, boys and girls.
