Bad Mother Vintage — Local services in Fairbanks

I thought this was the cutest store visiting from out of town. I purchased a pair of Vintage Levi's fro $25.00 and a couple days later I realized they actually charged me $40.00. Customer service is terrible. Do not recommend unless you want to get jipped.

First of all you're correct and I apologize in regards to the receipt. HOWEVER I called the store 3 times, nobody answered if you would've this could've been avoided. Then you attack me on google reviews. Your customer service is horrendous and probably has something to do with your failing business. I would highly advise the way you attack customers considering they are the ones seeing your response.

TO BE CLEAR: I WILL NEVER GO BACK INTO THAT STORE BECAUSE OF HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE AND THEIR INABILITY TO HANDLE STRESSFUL SITUATIONS.

Cute shop with great accessories. Horrible customer service, doesn’t respond to messages in a timely manner and acts like you’re bothering them when you ask questions. Love the atmosphere and interior design, fun spot for pictures. Unfortunately, they’re like the only vintage/boho/hippie thrift shop in Fairbanks so there’s not much options for where else to go if you’re looking for better customer service. Also, not a huge range of options for merchandise. This is the place to go for accessories, jewelry, incense, fun socks, and what not. Their clothes are not good finds and I gotta be honest. Pretty cute little vintage thrift shop on 2nd street downtown. Theyve got dresses, shorts, Jean's, jackets, some earrings, sunglasses and more. It's on the smaller end and I only found one or two things that match with my style a bit better, but I loved looking around.

I think I would recommend this place if you had more of a vintage style. I didnt see any guy clothes, but this place would be fun to bring some girlfriends to and shop around. They have several curtains in the back to make some dressing rooms if you want to try things on.
