I once thought this place was good, as I used them once before but this time-I learned differently. I left one item to be pressed only, not dry cleaned on a Friday, I came back on the day they told me to come (a Monday) and they did not touch my item. I will never use this dry cleaner again-if they cannot keep their word on when they will have it ready by. Furthermore, my item was clean and only needed to be pressed. When the clerk was looking for it she was digging through a bunch of other (possibly dirty items to try and find mines, which shocked me). If all laundry services do this you may want to consider getting it cleaned and pressed vs just pressed.
