If I could give a negative statement I would. 2 of your employees were very rude when I came in with my husband and 5 children. One of my kids asked if they could have a prime drink so I took it out of the fridge and read it over made sure it was the hydration drink and not the energy drink so I said that they could have them. One female employee said "that's an energy drink" I proceeded to tell her it's a hydration drink and walked to the register. Then the employee Sydney said "they are going to be really hyper off all that caffeine." (In a rude tone) So I told her that it was a hydration drink and paid for the drinks. That was very unprofessional of her and degrading of her. I think I know what is beat for my kids especially when it says 100% coconut water and no caffeine on the bottle. Maybe yall should have your employees know what the product is before they give out unwanted...

Emily was wonderfu, and amazing very helpful, but Even the store manager was horrible they tried to make us get Addizero, that was clearly used and had all kinds of stuff marks on bottom as well as the tip of the shoes. Emily that was working in the show department called manager three times, no one came me and my wife even called up there to hold two size 12. When we got there they were not on hold, again Emily was amazing, she even said that she has tried to call Even before and no one came to help her. Again Emily was amazing, the MOD was just aweful, not at at all helpful. Was by the far the worse customer service experience I had in quite a while, the store was not even that busy. She had two different sizes of 11-1/2 they were both used, the ones were worse than...

I've been dealing with really bad back pain and decided to buy an inversion table. I went to the store and had to wait for help around 45 minutes just to be told they had none in stock and no other stores had them. I went home and ordered it online through their website. I selected standard shipping which would only take about 5 days to be delivered. That would be fine accept it told me I would have it on the 5th day, and then on the 3rd day, then the 6th day, the 7th day, and here on the 8th day I do not have my product and shipping has no expected date anymore. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. If I had just ordered it on Amazon I would have already...
