Redwood in the Round — Local services in Fairfield

My wife and I are the type of people who spend weeks researching what product to buy, and then weeks researching from whom to buy it from, before pulling the trigger. When we decided we wanted a luxury hot tub, our weeks of research showed that Bullfrog was the best product and Redwood was the best vendor in southern CT. Both have exceeded our expectations. As to redwood, the client service, from Jimmy in particular, is unmatched and we were pleasantly surprised with the final price. I purchased my Hot Tub from Steve at Red wood 2017. It works perfect! Customer service is outstanding all 5 years. I only had minor fixes and warranty covered all of them. Steve “owner” always went above and beyond making sure warranty would cover for me. I use my hot tub 4-5x a week. My whole family uses it often. Very little cost to the electrical bill. In fact, putting Christmas lights with low voltage costs more a month. After the fear of balancing the PH. You realize it is easier than figuring out how to make a cup of coffee on a Kerup.. We recently purchased a HotSpring spa from Jimmy at Redwood in the Round. It was the first store we stopped at so we were rather green; he was super helpful in explaining the nuances of spas and what you get in each price range. Though we did our diligence and checked out other stores, we ultimately came back here due to the knowledge they had and quality of the spas. Jimmy was helpful through the entire process, from purchasing to the delivery (Luis and his team delivered with care), and he even came over to help us get started once delivered.
