Read moreWent to this place twice. First time asked for a simple drip coffee, people are standing around waiting to get drinks/coffee at the counter and they just were putting drinks down without identifying who's they were or what they were. It was so unorganized that day.
Ok I let it slide and came back another day to try again but this time same story but worse. Another customer was standing around, they didn't announce his coffee and the barista said to the gentleman oh I made yours several minutes ago someone else must have taken it and were out of coffee so you'll have to wait a few minutes for me to make more. I stood waiting for my coffee understandably as it was being brewed but the barista that just rang me out 5 minutes ago already forgot what I had and asked me again which is fine but it shows they have no system or idea what they need to make apparently.
Management needs to figure out a better way for staff to be more organized, you can literally write the order and name on a cup with a sharpie and solve the problem. I don't recommend this place it you're in a hurry and funny thing is it's next to the train station where everyone's in a hurry. Drip coffees just ok. The tops they use are cheap and can barely contain the coffee. Other places in town have cheaper better coffee with better tops that actually have a travel lid that closes such as doughnut inn near stop n shop.

I asked the price of the bar (3.49) and confirmed that the coffee was 2.79. She had charged me 9.74 and did not see a problem—then another employee had to tell her to “just give her back three dollars,” which she handed me out of the drawer, rather than re-ringing correctly. While she did mumble a “sorry,” it was rushed and no eye contact. No awareness. The second employee placed my coffee on the counter without a word or acknowledgment. Anyone can make a mistake, and that by itself isn’t what turned me off. It was the disbelief, blank looks, not even noticing that the total didn’t make sense, and then the second employee saying nothing at all as she delivered my coffee. ...
