If you're able to make it to this store first thing in the morning, you'll be able to avoid the typical long wait at checkout. Great selections...good prices. The salads are the best you can buy for your money. They're always fresh. I buy them everytime I go to this store. Marc's has the best produce hands down. Always a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Unlike most other grocery stores, they stay fresh in the refrigerator for quite a while. In fact, I will only shop for produce at this Marc's location. I rarely if ever eat beef and I'm not a big fan of turkey. So I buy the fresh ground chicken breast and use it to make chicken burgers, Italian meatballs, and meatloaf. Turns out delicious every time. I bought a bag of brown sugar and had it forever. I was able to use it all without it getting hard as a brick. Lately I haven't been able to buy King Arthur's bread flour at this Marc's location because it hasn't been in stock. It's the best flour for making bread, cinnamon rolls, etc.. Stays fresh longer and rises better than other bread flours. Hope they...

I’ve shopped at your stores frequently over the years, and I’m usually disappointed by the disorganization, something being out of stock, or long waits with poor customer service.

Today, 2/17/24, was different. I found everything I needed and no long wait. But the absolute cherry on top of it all was your cashier at Register 6 at 1:02 PM. Her name is Jaynie on my receipt, but her dangling name badge never turned around for me to confirm that is her name. In the 10+ years I’ve been shopping at Marc’s, almost every single clerk literally THROWS my produce—potatoes, avocados, apples—it doesn’t matter, they throw it and bruise it and reduce my time to consume it.

Jaynie either needs a raise or a promotion for her common sense in quickly checking me out but not harshly handling my produce. If I could give a negative review I would, first time ive ever been in this location, went to the cold cut counter asked for a bunch of stuff shaved, she wasnt the problem. It was the group of ladies up front near the check out.

First off, nobody at customer service? Just left all that product unattended (multiple people in line at CS and two big loaded carts In the only check out line.

I asked a nearby employee if anyone was even working customer service. She got a bad additive, acted like I insulted her. I asked for a store manager & she got very aggressive towards me while doing it.

By the time the store manager came up, her and the other lady were both on registers ringing people out, but why was the customer service person doing conditioning, not even close to the station?

Really appalled how the store manager spoke to me, won't be back here.

The atmosphere wasn't very stocked, not very clean, unfriendly staff, not the place I will ever be...
