I normally don’t do this but I feel somewhat conned into buying $200 worth of blankets that were “hand made alpaca wool.” I actually see these same blankets online now that are 80% alpaca and 20% acrylic. These couldn’t be hand woven like the owner had said. I tried to return these items, but she was disappointed and unwilling to help my return the next day. She would only give me a refund if I had a receipt, but she never gave me my receipt. I went back to my car -thinking I was crazy- to double check that I had gotten a receipt. Really awesome products , nice staff & super cute little shop. Everything smells too good. Our favorite was the Pearberry, as soon as she said it was a seasonal lotion we just had to get it. Super friendly and helpful when asked questions. We stopped by again today and didn’t realize it was closed, was looking forward to buying some soap and another hair serum as I don’t wanna give it up to my sister anymore as planned lol. I visited fairplay the other day and stopped into Mountain Essentials. First of all the second you pop in the shop it smells amazing. Second of all I love the way it is decorated and displayed with the antique and vintage furniture and home pieces. I wanted to buy everything in there it smelt so good and it was so adorable. I ended up buying your winter berry soap it's probably one of my favorite smells I've ever smelt. I really hope you make a room spray of that scent at some point I would be in heaven!!
