Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fairview Heights

I’ve used this Taco Bell my whole life and it’s your average shitty service that you’d expect late at night.

HOWEVER, tonight takes the cake by a million! 11:58pm my mobile order is placed and paid for. I’m in the drive through line by 12:00 with 5 cars in front of me. Over my next 55 minute drive to the speaker the line behind me wraps around the parking lot and across the street into PetCo’s lot. After getting to the speaker the person on the other end seems to hear any other name than the one I’m telling them for my order. Once we finally get the name straight they claim they don’t have that order. I ask if it could be because it was placed almost an hour ago and I’m rudely told to pull up to the window. At the window, I’m handed my drink and food with no greeting or even a word from the employee. Horrible service

And I thought that was it! Nope, they couldn’t get my simple order right. Let alone even give me a straw or napkins.

My order: 3 3cheese chicken chipotle melts, hold the sauce, large Pepsi.

I Received: 3 3cheese chicken chipotle melts, EXTRA SAUCE, large Pepsi not even full and NO FREAKING STRAW.

Forgot to mention they locked all the doors so no one could even question what was happening with DoorDash or mobile orders. BUT I expected that to be the case as it normally is at this location.

Needless to say I expected not great service late at night but holy crap this was unacceptable. I will absolutely not be using this...

Now this is the way to do it I drive 40 miles I'm from Breese Illinois all the way to the one in Highland or the opposite direction One in Centralia what do you get you get hard crusty burritos you have to cut two inches off each end and then some pasty substance that is free refried beans that hasn't had water added to it and then somehow they managed to put the sauce in enter hole inside of it then they roll it so both sides are still open I want you to look at that photo look at it good this is the way you make a burrito this is a 5-layer excellent if you like burritos it was perfect this burrito has me calling corporate this was filled up like you would want it to be like the commercial let me have a burrito that I can enjoy now those two places I go to there is no way I'm going there again this Taco Bell is an hour away I don't mind the perfect wrap on it it was soft after 60 Minute Drive I unroll it it was still warm and like I said from end to end the tort was soft about made me cry I used to work at a KFC Taco Bell I couldn't believe what I was saying when I open the rapper I couldn't believe what I was seeing when I cut it in half and I couldn't believe the texture of the ingredients five-layer burrito...

Placed an order through the drive thru tonight and upon arriving home realized my order was incorrect. Drove back to the restaurant to get the order fixed. Was told after a very heated debate back and forth that they're not obligated to fix the order (ie. adding the items missing and remaking the now cold food that I already had). Was upset with that answer and not pleased with my order that I then just told them to keep the incorrect order and asked for a refund. To which the lady said they're not obliged to provide a refund and said it's not their fault I did not want to heat up the now cold order. After much back and forth they did authorize a refund to my card. Usually wouldn't even said anything, but this has happened before at this location! Had to even fight with the lady to get a refund receipt showing the refund. VERY poor customer service at this location! Went to the restaurant next door and even they said Taco Bell should have remade the order! Never been this difficult getting a corrected order fixed or getting a refund from a business! They act like I'm inconveniencing them bringing back the incorrect order that they messed up! I wasted gas having...
