I got a call that an order of mine came in yesterday. It was either an altered jacket, unaltered pants that weren’t originally in stock, or both. I wanted to verify which of these items were ready for pickup because I am 1+ hour away and didn’t want to make the drive unless both items were present. I called the store and an older gentleman with an Indian-like accent answered and he was quite rude and unhelpful. I explained my situation and asked if he could verify if both items were ready for pickup. He asked for my name and date that the order was ready (which I provided), then in an almost unintelligible manner/pronunciation explained that there were so many suits in the pick-up room and that he can’t find my order with the information I gave him (I think). I explained my situation to him again, being interrupted a couple times in the process. He then sighed and handed the phone to someone else in the room, who was equally as difficult to understand, so I ended the call there.

Read moreOrdered a custom suit for my wedding since I have wide set shoulders and a larger chest (though I’ve learned through this experience that their “custom” is really just tailored suits). I was measured incorrectly by Michelle and told that “it looks fine” when the lapel on my jacket pops out and stands about two inches away from my chest when buttoned. Went to another Jos a bank and was told I was measured incorrectly and that this is a frequent occurrence at this particular store, especially with Michelle. The best that could be done is ordering me another jacket after my wedding date. Why would I want another after my wedding date? Also it’s going to be the jacket I am married in here in 5 days and regardless of how badly it was made it now has sentimental value so no I will not be giving it back to have a new one ordered after my wedding. The best solution has ended up being to wear a vest and leaving the jacket unbuttoned even though originally I was wearing suspenders. I paid $1200 and got something that doesn’t fit me and was offered zero money back even though it was your employee in the wrong. Wouldn’t order custom from here for anything important. Sorry gotta go steam my wonky $1200 suit for my wedding, thanks...

I’ve been a loyal customer of JoS. A. Bank for over 10 years, primarily shopping online. However, I recently decided to visit the store in person, and I was blown away by the experience!
The store is impeccably organized, making it easy to browse their high-quality clothing and find exactly what I needed. The customer service was absolutely top-notch, and I have to give a special shoutout to Brandon,who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. He made the shopping process seamless by offering excellent recommendations and ensuring everything fit perfectly.
The in-store experience truly elevated my appreciation for JoS. A. Bank. While I’ve always loved their great products, shopping in person gave me a new perspective on the brand’s commitment to outstanding customer care and attention to detail.
