Her familiarity with the products and inventory in the store, and certain of the nuances, similarities, and differences in the product lines was exceptional. As a result, she was informative, answered my questions, and assisted greatly in making choices for my purchase decisions. DXL reminds me of the way things used to be in retail clothing -- with the kind of personal service and focus on the customer we so often experienced in one's neighborhood stores; yet also offering today's modern advantages of technology and online ordering if it suits your needs. So recently I couldn't find the coupon they have every month and when I asked the sales people about it they kept telling me if I buy socks or a 3rd pair of shoes they would knock money off. I was over $100 and knew I could get $20 off from the coupon so again more hassle about it and said it was online only. Ok so ask "rather then buy now I should go online and order online"only then did they agreed to honor the coupon.
