I come here all the time and today will be the last time I ever step into this store! This guy Danny was extremely Rude and difficult! I walked in told him I had a few amazon returns and needed to 3 day ship a box. He immediately tells me well Iām only scanning one bar code and I told him I have 3 bars codes and 2 different bags/boxes. He tells me well I am only scanning one code again not listening. I had to explain to him there are 2 different bags here not just one so how will you only scan one bar code and further more Every other time I come into this store they have scanned multiple bar codes and put it into the same box without an issue bc there was plenty of room. He proceeds to tell me well he is following the policy and he wonāt do it. So I ask him well what are you suggesting I do you keep telling me what I canāt do and what you wonāt do but you arenāt giving me any options. He told me to select a bag or box from the shelf and I asked him to grab one he told me no he will not grab it I have to grab it. So then I asked him to tape the packages that were ready as I got additional bar codes from amazon and he refused. He placed my items on the floor and told me he will do it later. I told him by the way he was a acting I didnāt trust him to tape them with me not watching so I would like him to tape them now and he refused. I then asked if I could tape it and he said sure I asked him for tape and he told me it was policy that I couldnāt hold the tape dispenser that he would tape it. So you refused to tape it when I asked you to then when I asked you to tape it you told me itās against policy and you would tape it and proceeded to tape it when that is the very thing I just asked you to do. why could you not do it when I asked you to the first time. I donāt know what this guys problem was but he clearly had an ego issue or some chip on his shoulder! I will be finding out who the store manager is to ensure they are aware of the very poor customer service there...

I want to say thank you for 7 years of service . Last evening I was in and your terms had changed as my year contract was up I was told. The lines were long enough NG and I had plenty of folks waiting. I would have like to of been emailed the new contract and it not been made a huge deal in front of the community in there but the young man of a dark color was zealous on taking care of your account receivables in front of a busy store. I'm sure I told him I was a 7 year customer a few times and that it was a matter of info. I have changed my email on record a few times in person and it seems to default back to the oldest on record and I asked once again for it to be fixed. My small issue is that he detained my daughter's packages and would not release them to me. I asked since he had informed me of a new contract, price increase and bylaws if I could be allowed to go over it before committing and not at dinner time 2 weeks before Christmas standing in a long line with a driver waiting on me. My biggest issue was I was denied my mail and packages and being a customer this long I feel the situation warranted allowing me to get them and being emailed the new contract and giving me a few days to comply. I have always had wonderful service here and I'm sure it's just the busy season and fast paced that caused this professional short sighted Ness. I had additionally asked if my credit card on file had expired and I was told there was not one. I know I put one in place a few times especially when I email print jobs to you guys. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came into this UPS Store to make over 100 financial document copies for a legal matter involving a deceased relative. From the moment I walked in, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
I was told only staff could handle the copying. I provided two separate stacks: one black-and-white and the other in color. The man at the counter was short and snippy, with an arrogant attitude. He immediately told me there would be an upcharge for double-sided copiesāeven though I clearly asked for single-sided only.
Some of my black-and-white documents were legal size, while others were standard. Instead of sorting the five legal-sized pages, he decided to print everything on oversized paper to avoid the effort, which I didnāt ask for and which cost more. When I reminded him I needed exact copies, he snapped, āWell, you have to sort them,ā which was shocking coming from someone who works at a printing store.
While reviewing the stack, I noticed he had run about 50 blank pages through the printerāand charged me for them. At one point, he snatched the originals from my hands, clearly rushing to do a careless job, and ended up jamming the machine and ripping one of the documents. These were irreplaceable originals from a deceased relative.
Eventually, his manager stepped in to fix the situation and issued a refund, but the damage was already doneāboth to the copies and the originals. What's more, while the manager offered a sincere apology, the employee himself never once apologized for his behavior or the harm he caused.
The lack of care, accountability, and the combative attitude were unacceptable. I would not recommend this location, especially for sensitive or important...
