The place is cleaner than some. Monica, Cece, Le Sha, Whitney, Joe... Oh the brown guy.. don't know his bane. I'm for sure missing a couple! They're all usually great. Gotta remember everyone can't be pleasantly nice all of the time. There's an older guy, not the porter, but another one that looks very similar and the other night guy that lives there and Walt of course... They're alright if they like you. But think their dirty laundry isn't whispered everywhere and often take pride in belittling certain people. But the girls are great....

General Manager was extremely rude and ageist. My friends and I were evicted from the RV park out of the blue, and when I asked for a reason why, she rudely said "I don't have to give you one." We made it clear to her that we had no other place to go and no money, we're 18 and 19. she stands up for the residents that cause fights in the parking lots and wave their guns around.
