I have searched high and low for the perfect patio set for my backyard. It started with one phone call to fortunoff in which Todd Emery picked up the phone . He was knowledgeable and understanding of what I needed after I spoke to him I decided let me go to the store. We purchased outdoor furniture replacement cushions. This was an exceptional customer experience. Lee is incredibly knowledgeable of various products, so she was able to make informed recommendations that best met our needs. She went above and beyond to special order our cushions and made a request to expedite it from other store so they arrived in 2 days. She gave us care instructions and practical suggestions.
