Burger King — Restaurant in Falls Township

After a pretty long day at work with co-workers talking about food, I was starving. Please forgive my fairly large carry-out order. :)

I got a Bacon King, 20 pc. mozzarella sticks, large fries, strawberry shake, and a Hershey pie because I haven't had one in ages and I miss the nostalgic taste. If this didn't hit the spot, nothing would, right?

Well first, the good news. The burger was actually good, and this is my first time trying the Bacon King. I'd say it's the highlight of the meal, along with the strawberry shake. Can't go wrong with those. The cheese on the burger didn't melt, but honestly, that doesn't bother me. I'll definitely order one again!

And now, the bad news. I used to work fast food. I get it; orders flood in randomly, corners get cut, it happens. As someone who has been there, I know that the fries were pulled too early, as half of them were cold, and the mozzarella sticks had been sitting longer than recommended, as they were warm, but not as hot as they should be (to test, break one and pull it apart; the cheese should be stringy). I also heard the manager yelling at a crew member to sweep properly while waiting for my order. Seriously, how does one not sweep properly? Help your team, don't hinder them. It took about 10 minutes to place and receive my order, with about 2-3 minutes being used to place the order.

All in all, the food was okay, the service was good, but there's room for improvement. Usually, this location is AWESOME, unlike this "meh" experience, so I still...

It's a shame that I spend so much money at this burger King location ..Today my 80 year old grandmother wasn't feeling like burgers or whatever so we stopped to grab her something else before heading over to eat and play there ..We weren't there 5 mins till a snotty manager named RON CAME OVER. TO TELL US we can't eat other food in there dining room umm OK but it was a sandwich and a cup of coffee and I was about to spend at least 20 more dollars in there establishment on there food I was just trying to settle in...Well he wasnt having it and he was VERY OBNOXIOUS AND RUDE ..I asked him if it was a rule at every burger King and he said YES so I asked about bringing my kids lunch from home which I've done and he said that's a different story really?? So I ended up leaving with 2 now miserable little kids so of course I called there headquarters..RON NEEDS MORE TRAINING AND I WIDH I COULD OF DELIVERED THE NEWS MYSELF THAT ITS ABSOLUTELY NOT THERE POLICY AT ALL AND THEY ARE GOING TO REFRESH THE EMPLOYEES ON THERE TRUE POLICYS...GUESS HE THOUGHT I WAS BLUFFING UMM NO!! I hope RON takes care of the stick he has stuck up his ass and stops trying to ruin little kids playtime's over literally...

Smoking weed with someone inout the drive thru window at 1130 p.m. and claiming they are closed when the website says open til midnight.... so far I've had multiple bad experiences, including but not limited to; rodeo burger not in the bag but is listed on my receipt, no refund was given because they don't answer the phone and wouldn't believe me when I reported it the next day in drive thru; chicken nuggets instead of chicken fries; French fries instead of onion rings; today was a chicken bacon Swiss instead of chicken fries (they just seem to have something against selling the chicken fries); Dr pepper was bad, TWO DAYS IN A ROW. That ish really ran out and then sat empty for 48 hours. I wish I could make this stuff up guys... nothing nice to say about this place... even after all this the one day I caught the girl ringing my chicken fries as nuggets while I was paying at the window... she got the manager to delete the nuggets and put chicken fries instead, and the manager really had the nerve to say "oh you changed your mind to chix fries instead?"
