T.J. Maxx — Local services in Middletown Township

I went to this location in December 2022 and I was looking for very specific things for my 5 kids. Family and friends for Christmas. I walked in the front doors and BOOM, literally RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME where you first walk in was the most PERFECT 24INCH BIKE FOR MY SON. I WAS IN SHOCK that they had this one and only bike sitting right at the front where all these other toys were on a table. I looked the bike over and there was only a little scratch which I fixed with black spray paint. The bike is normally a $500 bike but I GOT THE BIKE FOR $120!

I was looking for a specific high end blow dryer round brush a specific brand. They have A HUGE SELECTION of EVERYTHING BEAUTY RELATED including so many different types of blow dryers and I FOUND THE EXACT ROUND BRUSH BLOW DRYER THAT MY DAUGHTER WANTED ON SALE ONLY $29, ONLINE RETAIL IS $39. She loves it and it makes the Revlon ones look like🗑.

I found some of the best NIKE and Adidas clothing Joggers, Pullovers, Sweat Pants, Hoodies, Socks and more between $9.99 to MAX $16.99 retail prices online in the Nike Store are between $29.99-$89.99. They also have the best selection of men's winter gloves THE REALLY NICE ONES for $20 to $40 and snow suits ect. Their winter coats are SO NICE! They don't have a huge selection of toys but the toys they do have are the most popular toys that are typically very expensive.

I did do some holiday returns and walked around the store and I found one Gaming Head Set, "R TechREBELLION HYPER ADVANCED WIRED GAMING HEADSET PULSE" that's compatible w/ EVERY TYPE OF GAMING SYSTEM there is ONLY $16 RED TAG SALE!!!My boys said the headset is better than their Ps5 head set because some of the features it has that the expensive Ps5 headset doesnt have.

For CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY SEASON 2022 I found this location to be quite clean and organized for it being the holiday season. They were VERY WELL STOCKED and STAFFED PERFECTLY for 2022 CHRISTMAS CROWDS! In years past the check out lines were way too long, at least 1 our wait to check out. 2022 line was still very long however, every register was open and they had only the fasted employees working them. I only stood in the approximate 50+ pp deep line for no longer than approx 5-8min max.

LOVE THIS LOCATION, SELECTION, CUSTOMER CARE AND WILL BE SHOPPING...

I was on vacation and since the whole tjmaxx/Marshalls/homegoods are my favorite stores I thought to check it out in this area. I bought 4 or 5 things and when I got home and looked them over every single thing had some sort of issue, I understand sometimes it happens with a piece or 2 or even if they were on clearance but this was all full priced items and every single thing had a problem? A pair of earrings one of them was missing beads, a wallet where the zipper part was ripped and looked like someone tried using the little plastic piece that the price tag hangs from to keep it together somehow so was impossible to notice until taking tag off... I know some things are just manufacturers defects but where I'm from they put that stuff on clearance not sell it full price. I've never seen so many things have issues and this was just the stuff I bought nevermind the things I saw with defects/issues on shelves....

My mother works here, and says it's a happy environment with nice and friendly people. These are ingredients for a positive work experience. TJ Maxx has a lot of items for sale, and they have a bit of everything. Like other stores there are people who don't put items back in their correct place, and some even leave food containers and half empty drink cups on aisles, which can cause vermin to come around. This is annoying to downright unsanitary. Other than these, TJ Maxx offers a selection of goods, at reasonable prices, so there's something for everyone. They also have a pet section with adorable toys and products for your furry friends. It's literally impossible not to check this out when you come in. Along with that is a toy section, which, you can guess, is less than tidy most of the time. Come in and see for yourself the items...
