This is the second trip to Primo. Spoiler Alert: I consumed the first sub, the Turkey Diablo, before I took a photo for the review. This time I took my time and ordered the Turkey Diablo with Hot Turkey breast, Hot peppers, Hot pepper cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano. I also ordered their deli pickle. The meal was delicious. I have another sub place/hoagie place besides Italian People's Bakery in Trenton to get a great sandwich. IPB always has a line at their deli counter, its a Trenton landmark for a reason. The Dirt Pudding at Primo is diabetes in a cup! It's delicious but pricey. I recommend getting it once, it's good. You'll have to determine after trying it off is worth the money. I recommend this place. The staff is helpful and nice. Enjoy.

I love primos. If you are looking for the best Philly hogie here's your spot. Only a handful of tables. Open kitchen. Deli salads, pickles and the best rice pudding! Join their rewards club for Monday discounts and other random coupons. The staff is always really personable and welcoming. The bread here is always spot on. Huge sandwiches and all made correctly when you order. Pro tip: If you aren't planning to eat shortly after getting have your oil and vinegar on the side. They have condiment sealed packets.

I stopped in the Langhorne, Pennsylvania location for lunch today. It’s on Oxford Valley Rd across from Sesame Place and Oxford Valley Mall in Bucks County. My choice was a “Primo” size turkey and cheese hoagie. They have many choices for cheese, toppings etc and the sandwich size was more than adequate! They also sell many sides , chips etc. The sandwich was fresh and tasty. I ordered online. The staff was friendly and my order was available early.

I am a Vegetarian so my menu options are severely limited as with most Hoagie shops outside a major urban center like center city Philadelphia who will usually have one or two options such as a Veggie Cheese Steak made with a fake meet. Otherwise I am a Cheese Hoagie regular and as a 38 year old lifelong vegetarian having sampled many a Cheese Hoagie and can honestly say this shop is in the top 5 of the probably 1 - 2 hundred I have visited during my 38 years on this planet we call earth. They never do things like overcompensate with a disgusting amount of cheese to make up for what most shops believe is filling the void of a meatless sandwich.

Every single person who has ever helped me at the counter has come across as genuinely caring and extremely friendly and that is saying allot considering I work in an office less than 2 minutes walking distance and stop in between one and three times during the work week. The deserts are consistently to die for especially the rice pudding and sand.

The one and only complaint I have with the shop is that they will not ring you out after placing the order and will make you wait until the order is complete. Normally this is not a problem I am able to pay rather quickly but sometimes after placing the order the place may become rather busy not leaving much time and will see my order sitting on the counter for a bit and after calling ones name may require through the line twice, once before placing the order and another to pay once the order has been completed. I believe this is done on purpose so you after placing the order you have a chance to take a look through the deserts, drink coolers and assorted bags of chips and similar options why waiting you may not have done if had already paid. Still though during lunch hours why most have a limited amount of time available it would be nice to be given the option to pay when placing the order to avoid the possibility of waiting in line...

Seriously? Ok so i dont eat meat so i get a simple swiss and american cheese with mayo sandwich, simple right? How could anyone mess that up? Well boy was i wrong and this happend not once but twice. I order for our lunch meetings over the phone and double check to make sure the order is correct. So the first time this happend there was about 10 other sandwiches on the order so it would be understandable if a little something was wrong but no? Not this that has happend, i opened my sandwich and it was nothing but mayo i mean seriously who would order just a mayo sandwich? Like for real how friggin stupid can you be to make that sandwich and not once be like" duhhh i dink dawe is sumtin wong wif dis sammich" so a month later when it was time to get the meeting food together my expectations wer already so low but again i double checked and even told them about the first mishap and was reassured that it would Not happen again. So when i see the rolled up paper with my name on it , it felt heavy so my stomach began to growl knoqing that it was going to get some cheese sandwich mmmmm mmmmm i unravel it and what do i find could it be ........ Noooooooo !!!! Ham $#!@ing ham . these people are so dumb how just how can you mess up a cheese sandwhich??? They actually did extra work . so yea im never ever orderimg from there or any primo ever again and will always forever recommend every other...

I normally like this place, but yesterday's order was off the chart disgusting.

I ordered an Italian hoagie, tomato, lettuce, onions, cheese, extra vinegar, and extra mayo.

Although there were tomatoes and lettuce, there was no onion in sight, no mayo and no vinegar OR oil, instead mustard.

Who puts MUSTARD on an Italian hoagie? Primo does. And when my buddy Eric tried to complain about it , last night, he could not.

If you the person reading this, got my Italian hoagie instead of their Mustard hoagie? Its here, you can pick it up.

UPDATE!!!!!!

Well I can't leave feedback because I don't have the check number, my friend Eric ordered it through Uber Eats or GH and I just have a photo of the summary.... it was over $80. I can post if you would like.

Maybe I should just post it on your...
