Nordstrom Rack — Local services in Middletown Township

Main Comments: Nice store, okay experience.

Tons of shoes, but the aisles are narrow. Constantly have to dance side to side in order to let people pass while you're browsing.

I picked out some shoes and went to front of the store to checkout. I was redirected to the express cashier station in the women's department and it was not express at all. Employees kept asking people if they wanted a credit card or reward account which slowed down the line significantly. I was the next in line and stood waiting at least 5-10 minutes while the people in front of me registered for new accounts and tried for credit cards. New accounts should only be offered at the main registers where there are more cashiers. Would have been out faster if I stayed in the front of the store where there were more registers opened.

I went to return a shirt that I purchased. I wore to work one day and my co worker pointed out a 3 inch tear in the back....as the day continued it kept ripping and another tear occurred on the other side. I took back to the store w the tags i cut off and receipt. After speaking with 3 people they finally accepted the return. Very rude and not once did they apologize for their quality. I thought Nordstroms was known for its high quality and high customer satisfaction. I don't mind paying extra for quality clothing but the shirt ripped in two places and not even an apology. I don't have this issue at other stores. Will NOT be visiting this...
