This restaurant has changed ownership again and is severely understaffed. Went with a family of 8, and by the end of the meal some people left with no food and hungry.

There seemed to be only one waitress, who was also bussing tables (kind of), and one gentleman that was standing around a lot (maybe a bartender with no one seated at the bar) and one receptionist. The table next to us sat uncleared our entire meal. Every meal that came out was cold. But in a manner like the food was heated and had warm and cold spots, not evenly cold. The waitress never came back to check on us, so we couldn’t even ask her to make the food warmer so people could eat it. We had a whole conversation about the fried rice and size for the table and it never came out. Some of the kids, that was their meal so therefore they never ate. Again she didn’t check on us so therefore was no way to remind her that there was no rice, and when I tried to flag her down she never saw me to come over. Their other location seems to be thriving, so not sure why this location does not have the staff to properly run it. IF I did get food here again it would only be take out, and a lunch meal which is more affordable. Many of the dishes were shareable which is good but don’t even come with simple white rice. They are brand new so my review is somwhat tainted. We have been need of and affordable oriental resturant since Peking Palace and the buffet have left. I was 1 of only 2 parties. The other party was a mom and daughter. They waited an unacceptable time and then received thier meals separate. I waited over 20 minutes for my food and I got up to leave but not without paying. So I paid my bill and left. It would appear that they had only 1 cook and no prep. Prices were above average. They did finally package for take out so when I got the meal home the quality was good and of above average quantity. I understand that they are new and need to iron out some rough spots. Visited this restaurant 2 of the 4 nights we stayed in Falmouth and loved it. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. We were a party of 3 and I’m coeliac so the gluten free options were excellent. The server even brought me gluten free soy sauce!! There’s a separate gluten free menu available too.
