Gunderson's Jewelers — Local services in Fargo

My fiancé Nick and I started our engagement ring shopping at Gunderson’s (Fargo). We were very excited as soon as we walked in because the store was beautiful and everyone there was extremely friendly. Alice was incredible to work with. She listened to the type of ring I envisioned and was able to mark down my favorite styles. She also mentioned that we were able to customize rings as well. After, we went to a few other ring stores, but we ended up going back to Gunderson’s (Fargo) that same day because we loved the overall experience, selection, and customization options. When we came back, Alice was able to send the ring style I envisioned the jewelry designer. Nick received the designers plans back promptly. Alice made it incredibly comfortable and easy to provide feedback on changes we wanted to make on the initial design. Alice was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful when Nick went in to pick the center diamond. Nick said he did not feel any pressure when picking out the center diamond and was able to stay within his budget as well. The final product came out amazing! It is everything I wanted and more. Nick and I also had a blast picking out his ring! We ended up finding him a ring that had both styles we wanted to include. I cannot wait for us to pick out my wedding band! We are both so happy that we went with Gunderson’s!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Gunderson’s Fargo and working with the associates there. Made a spontaneous stop in since I was visiting friends up there, and ended up working with Abby who was absolutely a joy. She took an extensive amount of time to select engagement rings to look at for both my friend and I, even though we had no intent of purchasing a ring at that exact time. She was attentive and extremely knowledgeable, without putting any sort of pressure or expectations to make a sale from us. I ended up finding the perfect engagement ring, and Abby took down the information as well as some other settings I had liked. My boyfriend (now fiancé) was able to call and order the ring from Abby, and have it shipped down to the Twin Cities with no hassle. What a breath of fresh air amongst sales these days, I would absolutely recommend Abby and Gunderson’s Jewelers. [We also ended up needing to get the ring resized and was able to take it to the Wayzata MN location, where they did the first resizing for free, and got an additional discount to pick out wedding bands since we had purchased the engagement ring from Gunderson’s] 10/10...

I have been looking for my first nice watch for about the past two years and I am lucky to have walked in to Gunderson’s the day I did. I was strongly considering a Tudor black bay vs an omega seamaster but I didn’t want to make a four hour drive to what I thought was the closest authorized Tudor dealer. From the moment I walked in Samantha B helped me straight away and explained which watch brands she had on hand and those she could get from a sister store. When she mentioned Tudor I became quite excited and I inquired about the piece I had been drooling over online. She mentioned they had just got one in at another store and she could have it in two business days. Sure enough two days later I got the call. I went in a we started talking more watches and I mentioned my grail piece and watch I am saving for a special occasion was a white dial skydweller. I know this piece is hard to come by but never the less she said she would put my name down and work with me to get that watch. Needless to say I bought my first nice watch that day and look forward to working with her...
