Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Fargo

I've been going to Caribou almost every morning for years. The Veterans location is completely going downhill. Yesterday, I bought a Cherry something Tonic- just to try something different. It was a jam packed cup of tap water ice cubes, tonic water and what tasted like brown food coloring. There was no "peach" or Espresso flavor whatsoever. Today, I mentioned it to one of the employees.. she said "Well, you have to develop a taste for the tonics". This drink was NOTHING like the picture. The last few weeks I've been ordering the green tea blended drink with "bubbles". A couple of times I mentioned to them that it had no ice in it. It was actually more room temperature. Then..there is a coffee that I have ordered almost every single morning for years. I have been to this location 2 times and disappointed twice, both times drive through. The first time I was getting coffee for co-workers, and when I got to the window to pay they informed me they didn't have any drink carriers, which makes carrying 4 hot coffees along with the rest of my stuff impossible. Bummer, but I'll give it another shot. The second time, after ordering, the employee never asked for my perks number so when I asked if I could give it to her, she said "Yeah I guess I don't know how to do my job" in a rude tone. She let me offer my number, the points, however, were never added. Turns out she was right and wasn't able to do her job, so at least she was honest. Seems like a pretty simple thing, but I think I'd rather park at Cashwise and walk in to get my coffee for the sweet employees they have...

I work nearby and come into the shop quite frequently. I was planning on using my perks account to redeem for a free bakery item since I forgot my lunch. The gentleman told me I couldn’t redeem my points in store. The website clearly states you can redeem points in store. I went back in after walking back to my job, and showed him the website. He was so rude and mean and just dramatic about everything he did on the POS system after I basically told him he was wrong (since I showed him Caribous statement on the website) Super disappointing as it’s the one coffee shop nearby and as a fellow in customer service, I expected more.
