I received an email on 4/14 that my order was in the store. I went today 4/15 to pick it up. The clerk said it wasnt in the computer under my name or the order number. She went in the back of the store and couldnt find it and she didnt know what happened, no explanation. I told her I wanted a refund. She said I wasnt charged. I said I was. She argued that I was not. She said, no they only charged once you come to the store and complete the purchase. I showed her the email to prove I had been charged and she said, You ordered that on 3/29, we only keep orders for 5 days and then send it back. You didnt pick it up so we sent it back. I said it was ordered on 3/29, the email is dated 4/14 saying the order has arrived. She went in the back a second time and found my order brought it to the cash register and found that indeed I had been charged. So had I not been persistent, I would have left the store with no merchandise, a charge on my card and no proof of the situation. Very poor customer service. WOW! It's so hard restraining myself in this store. I want to buy everything! I have a knack for killing plants. So I go here for my plants. Kirkland's offers sooo many fake plants in so many sizes and variety's and you can't tell there fake.

I'm a very happy bachelor I love to decorate my home with goodies that reflect my personality and taste. I find everything I could ever want under one roof. And equally as important the prices are FANTASTIC! Great job...

I used to shope at Kirkland's about once a week and spent a good amount of money there, but then they changed the spin to win to only being able to use it on regular items not on sale price items so now I don't go very often because I feel like you don't get the great deals you used to...
