I received an email on 4/14 that my order was in the store. I went today 4/15 to pick it up. The clerk said it wasnt in the computer under my name or the order number. She went in the back of the store and couldnt find it and she didnt know what happened, no explanation. I told her I wanted a refund. She said I wasnt charged. I said I was. She argued that I was not. She said, no they only charged once you come to the store and complete the purchase. I showed her the email to prove I had been charged and she said, You ordered that on 3/29, we only keep orders for 5 days and then send it back. You didnt pick it up so we sent it back. I said it was ordered on 3/29, the email is dated 4/14 saying the order has arrived. She went in the back a second time and found my order brought it to the cash register and found that indeed I had been charged. So had I not been persistent, I would have left the store with no merchandise, a charge on my card and no proof of the situation. Very poor customer service.
