I’ve had two fantastic experiences with Weirs over the last two weeks.
It started when we arrived at the Farmers Branch location to look for furniture. Quite frankly, large stores like that often feel overwhelming, and I tend to keep to myself based on sub optimal past experiences with sales people. That being said, this time, I had the best, customer service service/design/supportive experience I’ve ever had in a furniture store when Weir’s Sales Associate, Adeel Kahn, approached me to offer assistance. He was so professional and was able to strike the perfect balance between providing suggestions, guiding me around to make a overwhelming space feel digestible, and also giving me space to think and make decisions. I felt literally zero sales agenda from him. He genuinely had my best interest in mind. His communication was stellar, very supportive, and the perfect mix of professional, down-to-earth and accessible. I felt like I was walking around with a friend or a family member who had my back. He was honest, anticipated my needs and redirected me if he felt like I was going down the wrong path based on my stated goals. He provided ideas in the most gentle of ways. I am high energy, very indecisive until I’m clear, and he was patient and so fun to work as I navigated through my options. I highly recommend working with Adeel for anyone wanting to go to Weirs in Farmers Branch. He’s amazing and made what could’ve been an overwhelming experience so enjoyable. This honestly inspires me to go back to Weirs for any needs. Overall, the store was so reasonable and had amazing deals on quality furniture with lots of options. Cannot say enough about the store, and about who works at the store. Weirs is very lucky to have Adeel on their team!
Here is my experience with the furniture delivery team: Our experience with Weirs’ delivery this morning was amazing. Des, Dwight and Deshun were the three gentlemen who were sent to help deliver our furniture. They were professional, kind, went above and beyond. They anticipated our needs and did everything they could to accommodate what we needed. I was so impressed with their service-oriented demeanors, and would recommend Weirs furniture and delivery services to anyone as a result. Read moreI am writing to express my utmost satisfaction and appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received during my recent visits to Weirs. Adeel Khan was the sales associate I worked with over the last three weeks.
I initially walked into the store with the intention of gathering information regarding a potential purchase and delivery options. From the moment I entered, Adeel provided me with an unparalleled level of care and attentiveness. He demonstrated extensive knowledge about the products and services, ensuring that I was well-informed throughout our interaction.
I made it clear to Adeel that I had no intention of making a purchase that day but expressed my intention to return to make my decision. To my surprise, he took the time to inform me about his working days, so I could ensure my return coincided with his presence on the sales floor. He was not overbearing, and I greatly appreciated this as I do not like to feel pressure to make a purchase.
Upon my return, I was greeted by everyone, as you’d expect and was able to chat with the sweetest lady. I informed her that I was working with Adeel and she insured me that Adeel was indeed available and ready to assist, which I find to be admirable.
I truly appreciate his patience as I spent more than an hour leisurely exploring the store, considering my options. Throughout this time, he never applied any pressure or rushed me into making a decision - a quality that I highly value in a sales professional.
Eventually, I reached a point where I felt comfortable making my purchase. Adeel efficiently guided me through the process, ensuring that I had a seamless delivery. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the transaction went, as I was able to quickly complete my purchase and return to work without any delay.

Read moreThe delivery guys Jorge and Jeff were great! 👍 After the worst experience I had with "ROOMS TO GO" guys who showed up to deliver my couch. Once they saw it would not fit on the elevator they immediately said they were not using the stairs and supposedly their supervisor said "they can't take any merchandise by stairs". Which in my mind was odd because they are huge furniture store, so do they only delivery to first floor homes or apartments? Or what the heck do they do with places without elevators? They actually told me to pick another item thats smaller to fit on an elevator for their convenience 🤔. I called customer service who was not any better said its up the the Customer to know the how it will get to the apartment....so I asked why am i paying the delivery for you to delivery the item then. Needless to say I just canceled the whole thing and asked for a refund. I would not pick another item or use your company again that wasted my time. Anywho....they needed my 2 delivery guys who walked around the apartment building and truly took the time to see what was the best option to get it in my apartment without any damage. Let me say I couldn't thank them enough with how they delivered this new item that didn't fit on the elevator either nor did they have to use the stairs, delivered without a scratch on it.
