Sadly I can't give them 0 stars, in summary, we bought an airsoft gun set of rifle and hand gun, I knew it wasn't a top quality product but had good reviews and it was for a one time use, the guy who sold me the gun told me people returned those things all the time for lack of power, I decided to take my chances, bought the set on Friday, we test it that same Friday as soon as we got home, it worked OK, did some target shooting, all good, next day Saturday was the event, the stock of the rifle broke within 20 minutes of using it. Monday I went back to the store with the receipt to return it, the cashier was very nice but he said he had to call the manager, the manager came and told me once the merchandise walks out of the store is my problem, I explained him the whole thing and nothing, I told him the sales guy told me people return those things all the time because of lack of power, he said the policy changed! I'm like what??? In two days?? This guy may not like Hispanics or minorities, I don't know... not even store credit! This was my store for 15 years! Normally get all of my hunting and sports equipment (I'm a coach) here. I bought a pair of shoes and they did not take the electric magnet thing off. I went in 2 days later and they refused to do it without the receipt - which i did not have on me at the time thinking this was not a big deal. Said it was policy and the manager refused to listen to reason. Said i could have stolen the shoe. I guess that makes sense - but I am in there frequently. Customer is always right seems to have gone out the window. When advised that I would be taking my business elsewhere - the employee behind him sarcastically yelled "HAVE A GREAT DAY!" knowing full well what she was doing. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

My daughter received a pair of shorts from there for her birthday. We didn't have a receipt because they were a gift and they would not exchange them. Tags were still on the shorts and everything but they wouldn't do anything to help me.

I have adjusted my 5 stars from previous visit to 2. I was so upset with their lack of care and their policy. The manager on duty didn't even seem to know what he was doing. He had to call another manger.

I also emailed corporate about the policy. I doubt anything will be...
