An absolute amazing experience!!

An annoying habit that I built as an Engineer is taking my time to research and find the "perfect" product. I have been researching places for the past year for smp, and could never find a place that wasn't "transactional", but Dion (the business owner of Scalp Authority) made me feel so welcome, took his time to talk me through the process, and took his time to help me find the perfect look that I was looking for. It didn't feel like I was just a dollar sign at all!

Dion was beyond professional, his facility was super organized and clean and not to mention he is a little bit of a perfectionist, which in this case is a VERY good thing! If he didn't like a line or it was even the slightest of uneven he would erase the set up and start over!

I couldn't be happier with the results! My confidence is back! 🤩 No more hats! The color and perfect natural look came out so amazing!

Being in my 40’s I was on the fence about getting SMP mainly because I was afraid it would be a younger unnatural look. Dion assured me that it would look natural and that people would not be able to tell. He was right, I even get comments from people asking why I don’t grow my hair out more because it looks like I could grow a full head of hair.

The whole experience was positive because both the procedure and the professionalism was top notch. Dion takes his time to make sure I was happy and more importantly he is happy with the way it looked. Early on in the forth session he didn’t think there was enough density on my crown and asked if I could come back for another session. This was strictly him being a perfectionist and there was never a mention of additional money for the additional time he was going to spend.
