Laura's Alterations — Local services in Farmington

Laura is not professional. I scheduled an appointment a few months ago -- she text me same day of appointment to cancel. This was after I took leave from my job. Then, I give her another chance and she said vaguely to call her because she was on vacation -- I did, no response. I text her a couple days later -- radio silence. So, i called her and left her s message and nothing...no response. She basically wasted my time. And what legitimate business texts you and doesn't call? She claims to work out of her home...I think she is not a legitimate tailor. For all i know, she and her family and friends are writing fake reviews. When I brought my wedding dress to Laura it fit pretty good but the cups were too dark for my skintone and my dress is mostly see through lace so it was a problem.
