Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Farmington

They did not flip my blizzard upside down in tha drive thru, it was tha only blizzard I ordered and no coupon was given to use next time. Online DqFanFeedback submitted also. This location is always hit or miss but tha miss is usually a lot worse than getting that “hit.”

I meant to post this review this past February but realized I forgot to.

They were having a special for most of the winter, $1 small ice creams. One time I ordered, I asked for cup instead of cone because I didn't want tha extra calories. I also give the soft serve to my dog, so he can't have cone. They obliged. Tha next time I went thru, I ordered 3 and they put tha entire ice cream cone in a cup instead of just tha ice cream. I ignored it. Came back again, and ordered 3 again, cups only please. They proceeded to take my ice cream away, come back 3 minutes later, saying they can only do the cones. Not the cups. Wouldn't it make sense that the cones would cost more? Also, NOWHERE on their signage did it say YOU HAVE to get the cone. I simply wanted my dollar soft serve in a cup instead of a cone. I drove away, they had to throw away their ice cream instead of listening to tha customer. I only come back to this location because Dustin is currently closed. If I have extra gas, I go...

Live across the street so go there almost everyday if only for drinks. Last night I went ordered hamburgers went home fortunately I pick my food apart and eat it well thank God I do because there was a nasty long black hair like tangled up in my burger that's not the issue the issue is when I took it back to show them there were 4 employees at the front counter not a single customer in the store or in drive thru completely dead and the cook was on his phone so I walk in show them they said ok we will make you another one fine no big deal except they left me standing there with the gross hamburger still in my hands employees still standing around no customers still I was waiting for a apology something so after a few min still standing there with the gross burger in my hands I said so that's it no I'm sorry nothing? Not to happy with customer service late at night. I felt bad arriving there late (30 mins before closing) and putting in a huge order for a family of 6. I figured maybe ordering something simple would ease the ordering process. But when I asked for a price for a box of DQ sandwiches, the woman gave me a rancorous, non-cordial attitude. She talked over me. Wow!?! Every time I asked a question she was slow to answer like I was ignorant. My daughter was astounded by her. I'm not belligerent so I went with the "flow". I hope people who decide to work in fast food businesses understand good customer service puts money in your pocket, bank, etc. Our hard earned money we spend assures your pay check....
