Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Farragut

I had the most phenomenal experience here on 9.26.20. I finally started an outstanding job which was supposed to start in April but then the crazy virus changed that. Now, I absolutely hate shopping especially for myself and for clothes; however I badly needed to upgrade my closet with some casual dress clothes and thought I would check out Men's Wearhouse. As soon as I walked in, I met Johnny, and my experience all went up from there. He patiently listened to my story and exactly what I needed, then he was off! It was a Julia Roberts moment like she had in Pretty Woman LOL... he went and grabbed all the shirts first and then we picked out some shoes and then we finally picked out the dreaded pants. I dread them so badly because I've gained weight over the last year especially during my time at home. I call it my Covid & beer baby! Anyway, after about 2 hours I walked out with exactly what I needed and even found a belt and some fun novelty socks to complete the visit. Not only that, but I made a new friend in Johnny, and he found a permanent customer in me... which may not be a total blessing to him because I'm a character when it comes to shopping LOL. Regardless, he took such incredibly outstanding care of me, and I actually had a blast shopping for myself for the first time in years. Hes a trip, and he definitely knows his stuff. The prices were also pretty incredible, and it wasn't near as expensive as I thought it was going to be. I'm very thankful for the entire experience oh, and Johnny, thank you again. I'll be in again in 2 weeks to shop for a wedding I'm attending and I sure won't go...

Our experience at the beginning was absolutely amazing. They were absolutely wonderful until 2 days before our wedding. We received an email that my husband, our son, and our groomsmen suits were ready to pick up. Once home I checked the suits and our best man's outfit was messed up (a mauve tie with a red vest, no). Our son's vest wasn't even a full vest, which was not discussed at the fitting. When we called them about it the best they could do was have the tie in on our wedding day, around the time our party was due to get ready for the wedding. When I spoke to Chris on the phone he was very apoplectic about the situation and insisted that they would make the situation right. My husband returned the suits today and they were very rude and snatched the suits from him and pretended as though nothing happened. When I called them concerning this Anna said that she could refund some money back to our best man's card, and at least it was good we was getting something back. Uhm no this was a very horrible experience especially for last minute changes to our wedding and the best man's outfit no longer coordinating with our Maid of Honor. I would definitely recommend that if you choose to shop here double check that they get your order right. Will definitely be choosing another place to shop for our son's...

I cannot tell you anything besides GO HERE AND GO TO DEVON! He is amazing. I had a poor experience at another location, and went to Turkey Creek a few days later to see if anything could be explained further to me regarding our purchase and group number. Devon was great, and I left feeling heard and helped. We are buying suits for our wedding, and I was concerned about some groomsmen fitting into slim fit suits, but Devon made me feel much more secure about our choice when leaving. Additionally, my fiance needed a different suit for another wedding, and Devon was amazing. He took his time to pull multiple styles, colors, and fits for my fiance (who does not enjoy spending money or shopping much) and left with a suit and tie that looked amazing AND Devon was able to get it hemmed in just 2 days after purchasing the suit. Honestly, we will never go anywhere else. His customer service is impeccable, and it seems like he truly cares about his customers, how they feel, and their experience...
