I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your store. Based on what I endured, I would notāand will notārecommend Davidās Bridal to anyone I know. From the very beginning, my experience was disappointing. The consultant assigned to me was unprofessional and disengaged. After telling me to pick out dresses, she disappeared. When she returned, she handed me a few gowns with no consideration of my preferences, style, or budget. She made no effort to ask what I liked, and the dresses she pushed were far outside my price range and not reflective of my taste. She also attempted to push overpriced accessories that didnāt match the dress and seemed more focused on upselling than helping. The store itself is in desperate need of a remodel. The dressing rooms were cramped, outdated, and frankly, not cleanāadding to the overall poor impression. To make matters worse, after I selected a dress, I was charged for a veil I never picked out or agreed to purchase. This kind of upselling without consent is unacceptable. Shortly after purchasing the bridesmaid dresses, my family experienced a series of serious and unforeseen events. My sister and maid of honor was diagnosed with cervical cancer and required emergency surgery. While she recovered, my motherāwho paid for the dressesāhad to leave the state to care for my youngest sister, another bridesmaid, who has multiple sclerosis. Amid these emergencies, I still attempted to proceed with wedding plans. On May 15th, I learned my fiancĆ© had been unfaithful, and the wedding was called off. I returned to town shortly afterāonly two days past your return policyāand came directly to your store to request a refund. I was told to speak with the manager, who turned out to be the same consultant I had issues with. Unsurprisingly, she refused to help. Given that her commission may have been impacted, I question whether this decision was made with fairness or integrity. Once the final bridesmaid dress arrived, I brought it back to the store to return. The associate who helped me was once again rude and dismissive. At a time when I am dealing with major personal and financial stress, this behavior was deeply upsetting. To make matters worse, your return process for online orders is fundamentally flawed. I had to hand over the merchandise, receipt, and return form with no acknowledgment or proof that the items were received. As a customer, I find it very troubling that thereās no documentation providedāit leaves us completely unprotected if something goes wrong. Davidās Bridal seriously needs to reevaluate its customer service standards, return procedures, and in-store experience. I sincerely hope my feedback is taken seriously and acted upon. Additionally, I want to note that my sister, who has consistently purchased her daughter's prom and homecoming dresses from your store for years, will no longer be supporting your business either. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to Davids bridal with my bridesmaid on 1/3 and the experience was awful, I knew exactly what I wanted and the assistant (Erika) who was helping was no help at all, I explained exactly what I wanted but she was not listening and kept recommending things that I was not interested in at the slightest, I said I didnāt want any lace/jewels and wanted a mermaid dress and she kept bringing me princess dresses and things I was not interested in even after telling her what I wanted. when it came down to it I did end up finding the perfect dress (thanks to my bridesmaid). But when I was asking about alteration and whatnot Erika was not helping at all and my bridesmaid ended up showing me how it was and honestly doing more work than the employee āhelpingā me. I ended up ordering my perfect dress and fast forward to picking it up on 1/15 I went to try it on and Erika ended up ORDERING THE WRONG SIZE! I could not even get it over my hips and she measured me!!! Thankfully the wonderful woman working on alterations, Sonia came to the rescue and helped me order the correct dress size and was able to get it in within a week and fit me in for alterations and made me feel amazing! I was initially so worried as I had planned timing and whatnot for my dress to be done in ample time before my wedding but with the woman assisting me on 1/3 messing it up I was so worried but Sonia helped me and made me feel confident in her as she stated that this normally doesnāt happen and she would make sure I had my dress by the date initially requested and she has done just that! All in all Erika was awful and I donāt think she has much knowledge on what she is doing nor did she make me feel good as a customer but thankfully Sonia helped me and she was wonderful! If it werenāt for Sonia I would have given 1 star but thank you Sonia for making me feel like a beautiful bride and for fixing others mistakes!!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a great experience for my first time trying on dresses! My wedding is 29 days away and had decided to go look for a dress and book an appointment. I had no idea what to expect, and my consultant Whitley was incredible!
I was on a very tight budget (so I felt like I wouldnāt have a good experience/find the perfect dress) but she made everything feel absolutely priceless. š Iām so glad she was my consultant! If you can, ask for her! Her vibe, energy and knowledge is incredible.
I included a picture of one dress we tried, and the other picture with the veil and accessories being my final pick. She picked all the accessories I wanted to add and it truly made such a difference. It made a dress I liked into a dress I loved, and down to the little things, like having me put my final dress back on to do the bell ceremony, with all the accessories again; her taking the time and having the genuine enthusiasm to do so made me feel very special. My soon to be husband (I wanted him with me) also enjoyed having her as our consultant! We canāt recommend going to see her enough!
I promise you, you can find a dress and be happy with your outcome no matter the range, and Whitley made it all possible. Thank you again, so much Whitley-for everything. I felt super comfortable and enjoyed every second. I hope to see her again at Davidās Bridal...
