Kohl's — Local services in Fayetteville

We entered only to return an Amazon package. It appears Kohl’s reorganized! I remember it being sort of “piled” in some areas but not today. It appeared orderly and clean. The Sephora was huge and I don’t remember that being inside. There was no Amazon line so it was a quick in and out! The return staff appeared to be training but that didn’t slow down anything! They were fast and we were in and out! They did offer us the Kohl’s discount for the Amazon return but it didn’t tempt me today....

Fayetteville's Kohl's store was a treat! It was clean, not too busy and had a great, friendly atmosphere! I returned shoes I had ordered online. Matter of fact, I switched the shoes for a different size and had no problem. (I had my online receipt; they also had pulled up my order in the store without a problem. I also bought a few more items for my kids inside the store with help from a few store workers. I will be back to Kohl's...

One day me and my family was in here and then all of the sudden this rude employee walked behind us while we were waiting for someone to try on a new dress for an event. Then she went around us and my mom told her that she always has to say excuse me and the employee rudely said that she did say excuse me and she was raising her voice.
