I want to insure that it is noted its the glensford rd location.Went in this past Friday night because I am diabetic and my sugar was low and I needed to eat fast. I ordered a BLT with xratra bacon 🥓 and cooked Xtra crispy, usually not a problem, NOT this night. The bacon was still raw (yes I know it's precooked ) but some don't like limp bacon. So, I take it off my 🥪, take it to the counter and show them it is still very undercooked. I went back to my table thinking they were fixing my bacon, the team lead yells out from the kitchen " IT NOT RAW, IT'S PRECOOKED" !! a few minutes later a girl comes out of the kitchen and tells me the team lead said if I want more bacon, then I have to pay for it. I said, I already paid for my bacon, I just want it cooked crispy. So minutes and minutes and... minutes go by , I still don't have my bacon, my bread has just been sitting there nobody is bringing my bacon, they are all cleaning to go home . A man walks in to place a to go order at 840, they tell him they do not take walk in orders after 840 because they save the last 20 minutes for online orders and she couldn't serve him if she wanted to because she has already counted the register down for the night. I'm getting ignored in the meantime. I finally asked the cashier are they cooking my bacon (20 minutes has surpassed by this time) she says ummmm... and walks away!! AWAY!!!! I was HOT!!! I HAD TO THROW AWAY A 14$ SANDWICH because by that time, the mayo was hot from sitting there. I grew up with family working in the food industry, I worked most of my life in the food industry and NEVER EVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED THIS WAY or see a walk in customer be turned away 20 minutes b4 they close because that time was reserved for online orders and btw, there was one, ONE, ONLIND ORDER AFTER THAT GUY LEFT. I felt bad for him because he spent his time and his gas to go to that establishment to be turned away for no other reason than that team lead wanted to clean and get out as close to nine as possible. Oh, and did I mention how rude she was not just to me but also when speakingto that walk in customer? . Read moreasked for no sauce or dressing on my sandwich, get hm to find it was soaked, called and instructed to come back for new one. im about half there and someone who i assume was the store manager calls me never really tells who he is other than MIKE. is kind of rude and informs me have to bring old one back like i wouldnt do that already since i cant eat it w both MAYO and Italian DRESSING on it ugh gross not to mention i think it had double so the whole bottom bun was soggy. I get there and they hadnt even start the remade sandwich, and he still acts like he doesnt want to make the new sandwich. He made a huge deal about they have to waste it and doesnt want to but finally said he would make it. PISS POOR CUSTOMER service especially since the cashier remembers me telling her no sauce/liquid any kind and told me to come get a new sandwich it would b ready when i got there pfff. I WONT RETURN EVER to this location and would NOT recommend it to anyone. and the sad part was they were EMPTY when we ordered to go and when i came back about 15mins at most later there was still only 1 other couple there so no reason not to have good service. i can understand now why its empty if this the kind of customer...
Read moreThis location is completely unreliable on the sandwich you will get. Today was the last visit I'll make. I requested no pickle, got a pickle and a soggy sandwich. Every time I come I receive poor customer service and have received a decent sandwich only a handful of times.
I frequent the location because of its proximity to my work. I can get to the store, order, wait & get back to work and eat in around 30 mins (on average). There have been plenty of times where I have waited over 10 minutes just to get my food, while in a lobby of people who haven't eaten either. At this point I would rather drive further to somewhere else to at least get what I order and it be enjoyable.
Would absolutely understand if I would shake up the container and wait 30 minutes to eat the sandwich. That would be my fault. Instead I'm careful not to overturn the container & eat within 10 mins of the sandwich being made. The people who make the sandwiches do so without regard and regularly provide a soggy disaster of an Italian sub.
