Poor customer service. I went in a few weeks ago to exchange a sweater for a bigger size. The cashier was so rude. She gave me the most nasty attitude. First she bombarded me with a promotion that I really didn't need..but I went through the motion of hearing her out to be courteous (she should take note).. Anyway after she finish... I explain to her politely that I only came to exchange a sweater and asked if I could keep my return at the front of the store with her so I'm not walking around with the exchange. She was so nasty.. "It's up to you, actually in fact you can hold it!" Fast forward: so I brought the new item and the exchange to her...than she fussed at me to take it out the bag as she threw the bag at me (I saw red at this point but kept it together)...I never in my life seen nothing like this. Normally the cashier wants to check the item to make sure it isn't damage and still have tags. Why would I inspect the item? I'm the one returning it??? Disgusting Will never go again.. Read moreI needed a cardigan because I'm sick and before I could shop for one I went to one employee working the floor. I asked her where was the restroom... She said they didn't have one at the moment. So I then asked her if they had napkins, paper towels, or something for myle to wipe my running nose... This girl said NO 😡!!!! SO THEN I HAVE A QUESTION... HOW DO YOU CLEAN YOUR MIRRORS AND WINDOWS? I left and had no intentions of ever shopping there again until I spoke with my husband and he reminded me that, that situation didn't matter I needed some sort of coat or sweater. I returned and asked another employee at the register for tissue or paper towels and she gave me one. Then I had a wonderful experience at register 6 😊❤️ I didn't catch her name but she is one week shy of 6 months pregnant and had a gorgeous hair curlt with purple tent to the top and wore glasses. Read moreWhile this place has some pretty good items, they usually get the prices wrong. Couple of times I go up to pay, the cashiers would tell me the prices are wrong and would take forever to find the actual price. I understand that it could be a typo or an accidental swap, but the looks they give me make me feel like I was the one who manipulated the prices. If this is how they're going to treat their customers, then im highly disappointed. The professionalism of the cashiers are very disappointing. I loved the T.J.
