The service is absolutely terrible from the moment we got in here. We were sat down in the bartender's section and she sucks! When looking at the menu, I asked questions about what to order and pointed to what I wanted to, which was $24 given my order and basically ate what I was given and got my check and my check was for an $89 meal. When I asked about why was $89 and it must've been a mistake the manager instead of addressing the issue decided to just give me my 10% discount because I'm considered a veteran and say that's all he could do even though I did not eat any part of the meal other than, one piece of it, which was the octopus. I offered to give back the meal. He said he could not take it back because I touched it. And instead of taking accountability on the aspect or even apologizing about the lack of customer service that the waitress had when serving he said that's all he could do. When the check came I told him specifically I did not want to tip because the service was so bad which I never ever do. Normally I tip almost 30 to 50% to him because of her terrible service because of the constant having to raise our hand to get other our meal And this was just the cherry on top of it all not only being there for 2 1/2 hours When they had plenty of staff, it’s not a big restaurant and they had about five servers. When we got our check, there was automatic gratuity added on, and I asked him after he had already had us pay And he wanted to argue with us because he said that there was more than $100 spent at our table so it’s automatically added. It’s not written anywhere and it’s definitely not to you. But are there servers that Bad to where they need to to add automatic gratuity to a check that’s over $100 to every table? Because he literally wanted to say that it did not per person at table it’s the whole table because our checks were separate and they did not add up to 100. Either way long story short I do not recommend coming here You'll end up getting something that you didn't ask for and having to pay almost $100 for your meal...

Too many bad things in one night Terrible service. No one refilled our drinks. Extremely overpriced for what you get. You wait a long time for anything They served old/expired agua de tamarindo and after nicely complaining we received no apology, 4 of us tried it and all agreed it tasted rancid. And after all that they still added it to the bill. Didn’t bring the things we ordered . Example one dish just shrimp no rice or anything next to it. Took 30 minutes just to get margaritas served. They never brought the tortillas we asked for. They didn’t bring enough silverware or napkins, or even straws for water. They basically failed at every small essential thing you would automatically expect any place to do. Then they want to argue about gratuity, it was the worst service we ever had and yet they still wanted us to feel guilty like it was our fault they make the server do every job in the restaurant. We still tipped but these people have the worst customer service we have ever experienced. This was our 4th time here, service was never good, but the food was ok, and didn’t expect things to be this terrible tonight. Our dining experience was so bad it kind of ruined our night out. We don’t mind spending a lot of money when we go out. The final bill was 250 plus gratuity. We are not usually ones to ask for a discount or not tip well, but this was extremely bad service and when we brought up these points we were just confronted with excuses and an over all air of disregard for customer...

Excellent food, but the waitress was not focused on our table compared to our surrounding tables. My wife got the fajitas but did not get the tortilla wraps Rice and beans until way later. All she could do was look up her plate because we initially did not get utensils to eat with. Finally she got the remainder of her meal but mine never showed up but we ended up getting our utensils. Then the appetizer of guacamole shows up. As I watch my wife eat her meal. I continue to wait for mine. While I continue waiting, I found myself almost completely consuming that guacamole appetizer, That I thought we should have got first before my wife's meal. Finally, I get my meal and realized that I am thirsty but My glass was empty. I continue looking for our waitress and when I see her I asked her for a refill. I ended up drinking some of my wife's drink, and right when I finish my meal is when she brought out my drink. I was very impressed on the presentation of the food and the quality and taste. However, I do not approve of the service. I don't think that everybody that goes there gets treated that way, I think the waitress was having a bad day. We did not disrespect her in any way and I also left her a generous tip as a token of hoping to brighten up her day.
