Heaven Sent Children's Resale — Local services in Federal Way

We were visiting from out of town just happened to find this place on google and we went it to find one thing and came out with clothes for our kids and nieces and nephews ... alot if name brands great quality... alot of the items still had the tags ... brought somethings home and they didnt fit they aloud us to bring them back and get clothes and shoes that did fit ... also we traveled with a rock and play that we werent satisfied with and they bought it and we bought the most amazing glider for our newborn from them which was practically brand new at a 1/4 of the retail price ... this store really is amazing and i say this to any struggling families or single parents i have 4 children and i wish i would have found out about this store on baby #1 you can get EVERYTHING YOU NEED for a baby in this store at amazing prices ... also have to give them credit for there well accommodated bathrooms with changing pad wipes and diapers if you dont have your own or didnt bring them in ... the women who run this store were very pleasant helpful and had great customer service!! I wish i could give you guys 10 stars ... if you are in federal way this is a must...

I am extremely irritated after being misinformed. I spoke with someone at Heaven Sent two and a half weeks ago about selling my lot of children’s clothing. The lady I spoke with had very specific instructions about the clothing; wrinkle free, tear free, stain free, and sorted. Neatly folded in paper bags or boxes. I told her I had looked at the website and it said they had just switched to the fall/winter season. I wanted to know what that meant, which is what prompted my original call (I’m a first timer here). She explained, but told me to bring in what I had for all seasons and they’d be happy to take a look. I assured her I’d be in the following day, but to my dismay I had a lot of work to do to get the clothes prepared, as they were all but into boxes wrinkled and un sorted. Two weeks later here I am being sent away for not having the correct seasons. Guess I should’ve followed the website instructions instead an employee....My bad, I think not. But we can agree to disagree here. I...

I have always enjoyed buying and selling with Heaven Sent. Selling to them they take the time and effort to look at every item throughly. If it happens to be something they have a lot or or its off season, they do let you know when would be a good time to bring it back in. They are limited on space, as parents we should all relate. You may not get too dollar like some people expect but as a buyer you will come to be thankful they don't otherwise the prices would be sooo much higher. I have got shoes and polo shirts for elementary school concerts for less than $10 for both. When you are in a budget and things pop-up like they do. It is a close affordable and friendly place to do. Even if your not, it's a great place to shop My son is now 13 and as he is deciding to let things go, he gets the money. Also great cuz skating, movies, even the community center gets expensive. And it teaches him the value of a dollar too. So many reasons we have boubut & sold with Heaven Sent now...
