We showed up at what we later realized was closing time, but Dina welcomed us and said feel free to look around. With her assistance and knowledge, she helped us find what we were looking for. I’ve had two spine surgeries and my husband has sleep apnea, so Dina showed us in detail different adjustable bases, and we found exactly what we need for our health and comfort. Since it was closing time, we decided to take all the info home with us, look it over some more, showed up the next morning and purchased all our items which, in comparison to other stores, was a GREAT deal...all because Dina took time to walk us through every step of our purchase, including financing. She made the who experience easy, informative, and, dare I say, fun! We felt like we were talking to a fun relative and not a sales lady. I bought a Cal King bed with great features and Sam was great! He went above and beyond to make this as comfortable as possible. He removed the frame from the old bed which I appreciated very much! The delivery guys were super, they setup bed in no time... :)

I was told by Sam I had 120 days to exchange mattress, unfortunately that was not true. I was given the run around and when they finally made the decision, they wanted me to pay over $500 to exchange the mattress. I was not told the truth by Sam it took 4 months to give me the bad news. Met a wonderful and patient man at the Federal way location named Jim today. He helped my dad find the perfect mattress for his back health. He gave different options, suggestions, and did not rush or pressure him in any way. He moved the beds around to find the right combos for his needs. Jim was so kind and caring of my dad's needs and really listened. I really appreciate him and all the info he provided (that did not overwhelm my dad at all!)
