I shopped there a small handful of times a fee years ago when the store was down the street in a different building.

Went into the new store today accompanied by my service dog when the employee received a phone call from who I assume to be the manager (was presumably watching from the cameras but manager was not activity at the facility.)

The manager told the employee to kick us out from the facility due to my service dog being with me.

Clearly not familiar with the ADA. It is against the law to deny access to a task trained service dog UNLESS the dog is being disruptive, which he was not.

Service dogs are not required to have any indication that they are a service dog, i.e a harness, cape, etc. So perhaps the manager thought he wasn't a service dog since he wasn't wearing his harness. Either way, I am shocked that the manager made the employee have me leave when it is against ADA.

This place is a nightmare.. Its overpriced.. Rude people work there. I purchased a dildo for my fiance and me. Cost over one hundred dollars. It never worked even though I had it plugged in overnight. They refused an exchange.. Even though there's a sign on the door saying they would do that. Kept telling me.. It was my problem.. I HAD TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER.. I beg to differ. Poor personal care to customers.. High pricing. And quality control that's non existent. If you want to be made to feel unimportant to them.. And left literally.. Holding the bag.. When products do not work.. Especially the very day they are purchased.. Then by all means.. Go ti Dr. John's.. Because.. I NEVER WILL AGAIN. AND IM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW.. they in turn will tell everyone they know.. And so it goes.. And one day they will wake up without customers.. For a failing business... And STUPIDLY...

I’ve been here a few times. Today will be the last time I shop here. I wanted to do something nice for my wife, so I got her a toy. I got home and found that I paid $130 for an item that is sold for about $40 on Amazon. ARE YOU PEOPLE KIDDING ME?? The girl “helping” me seemed to pick a price out of thin air- there was no price tag on it. I get that there is a markup in retail, but that’s like… 300%!! I liked you guys, why would you do this? Even on their website (I had to dig to find it) this toy is half of what I paid in the store. It’s just bad business, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I’ll shop online moving forward....
