Great selection of high quality clothes. Would have been 5 stars if Courtney wasn't so rude. Was in twice in a matter of 30 minutes. Spent over $400 the first visit. Relieved 30% discount for spending over certain amount. Returned to get a pair of paints (over $100) I had tried on during the first visit. Courtney checked us out both times. She would not honor the same discount the second visit. She did fold the paints in their paper and placed into the original bag she had placed the clothes on the first visit. Along with the snooty behavior from her, my wife noticed she offered another customer a beverage and had a very different demeanor towards that customer. She did not offer us one a beverage. I thought my wife and I were very pleasant and polite to her. Certainly we did not deserve any snooty attitude from Courtney. And I would hope she wasn't judging a book by its cover (I do not always look the part of her normal customers). Courtney's possible judgmental behavior is certainly enough to keep me from purchasing anything in there if one of the other downtown Fernandina stores have something simular or a least from letting...

I love the store and the apparel. Every time I'm in town I stop by and spend good amount of $ at the store. Young gentleman that's been there for a while is a great asset the store and makes my shopping experience very pleasant. Unlike the store manager ( her uncomfortable feeling of us coming into the store 30 minutes prior the closing was obvious and she commented on it ) I think simple " hi how you doing and welcome " should be standard procedure especially retail on holiday weekend in tourist town ..welcoming your guest at the store. Her cold attitude and lack of personality make me feel uncomfortable and rushed ( sorry but not sorry ma'am ) . But the young gentleman made our shopping experience very pleasant and remembered us from shopping years ago. That's true customer service. Best luck at Jacksonville college bro . $500...
