My husband's family is Filipino and we are always looking for/hoping for Filipino food but can never find any (unless we make it ourselves). We've tried Rook downtown Indy but it was not the same at all. We heard about Bay Area Bistro and were so pleasantly surprised! We tried ordering from Grub Hub to get take out, but when we picked up our food, we were told it would be best just to text our order next time. Everything is made by hand- even the lumpia!
