What a delightful experience at Eiffel Ice Cream Shop! This place is absolutely adorable, with a cute and elegant ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. The owner personally greeted us, making sure we had everything we needed, and shared the sweet story of how he and his wife run the shop together. It's evident that they pour their hearts into this place.

The ice cream is nothing short of phenomenal! Made by hand with high-quality ingredients, each flavor was rich and delicious. I tried the bubble cone, and it was the perfect addition—imagine a funnel cake paired with ice cream, and you’ll understand the magic! I never thought I could enjoy a waffle cone this much, but it truly was the best I've ever had.

Damn... This place is new, this place is yummy, this is better than Melt N yeah that place. They are all still in training but all the orders we got were outstanding in portion and prices.

Their ice cream is absolutely amazing, creamy, perfectly sweet. Probably one of the most creamy ice creams I've ever had in my life honestly. It was perfection.

I hope they keep up their quality here. There has been too many places in Carmel and Fishers that open strong and later cut corners hurting their original quality standards.

Stopped in on the 4th of July. They have only been open two days, and the service was friendly and capable but it was clear they are still learning recipes, etc. My husband had the Lotus lover sundae with is like a Biscoff cookie palooza. I had a scoop of salted caramel in the Junior sundae size. It was plenty for me, though I do not have a huge sweet tooth. Ice cream was tasty and creamy all around. The big draw is the bubble waffle cone, which was really tasty. The texture reminded me of a slightly crispier mochi donut - it had a chewy sweetness that was very appealing, with just a bit of a crispy outside. I think our total for both...
