Where do I start first they were super welcoming and while our service wasn’t the best our server was great. Some people who came to help set the table weren’t as welcoming, which is fine but then the silverware was touching the table and she didn’t seem to care. It’s extremely disturbing to have my silverware touch a table other individuals sat on. At least keep it under the napkin, you don’t need to rush it. Our order kept getting messed up and switched out which is OK again our server was kind enough to go back forth. This is the reason I gave this place a 2 star. We asked the bill to be split in half and somehow one of the half’s got split into another half. We were left confused, when someone approached us to tell us only 75% of the bill was paid. When I asked to see the entire bill she said she couldn’t pull our tables bill, until my husband came and then she decided that in fact it could be pulled. I noticed one of the wrong orders on the bill asked her to take it off. Which she then split that time into a third, which I didn’t even notice until now. Then my husband overtipped on the larger bill, and we tipped on the other bill. So my husband said no need to add more tip on this smaller (third) bill only then to be told on public in front of other customers that “this wasn’t right” as if we hadn’t properly tipped which we did. I didn’t appreciate that at all, I ended up tipping extra again we tipped well OVER 20% at this point for service. What I don’t appreciate is they messed up on how to split a simple bill, then overcharged us, then publicly announced that we didn’t bill enough in front of other customers (which wasn’t true) as if people weren’t already starting at us as if we weren’t already minorities to be stared at, then apologized to the other customers. I will absolutely never come back here, nor will I ever recommend this as an option. What’s not OK is to embarrass your customers, after you messed up and overcharged them. This place is getting a 2 because our server was lovely...
Read moreWe went for the first time yesterday morning (4.13.24) at approximately11:30 am.. We entered and I looked for a sign instructing whether to seat ourselves or wait for a host but could not see any such sign. A young lady approached the counter where a young man was ringing out customers. Both the young lady and the young man looked at us without any acknowledgment whatsoever. After a few minutes of just standing there awkwardly, and noticing several empty tables, I ask the young lady if we were supposed to seat ourselves. She shot me the most hateful look, grabbed a couple of menus and said "Come on". During our stay the young lady would walk through the restaurant for whatever reason and look at us with disgust. We finished our meal and gathered our plates at the edge of the table so to help the person bussing, then sat there over 15 minutes before our server came by. I had to stop her to ask for a carry-out container and our bill. (The restaurant was not extremely busy). We got to the counter behind one other party, and when we approached the same young man to pay our bill, he again failed to greet us, ask how our experience was, or even smile. The food was okay, the wait time for the food was acceptable, but the service was absolutely horrible. I definitely will not return and do not recommend this...
Read moreI've ate here a few times now...the selection is good, especially if you're a pancake lover. I'm not a huge fan of their house corned beef, as it tastes like it's just from a can with a few extras added. I just know other places that'll do it better. And although I like their orange juice, fresh squeezed and whatnot, I feel like it's a bit over priced, a large is over $3 and it's smaller than their small water glasses. It's just not a lot for how much you pay. The omelets are filling since their so large. They also come with pancakes versus toast, no potatoes or anything, which is sometimes disappointing if you're not in the mood for the pancakes. Their lunch menu is served all day, but is quite small, with not a big variety....but most people I'm sure aren't going for lunch since it's a breakfast joint. I typically go during times that its not busy so theres never a wait for me...although they do get really busy and parking isnt that great since the plaza its located in doesnt have a lot of space, with all the other retailers also there.... Other than that I go for a pretty good breakfast once in awhile when I dont mind paying more for one person. Since I'd bet the average per person price there is around $17, which may be a lot for some people...
