Definitely would NOT recommend this salon to anyone and I really hate leaving negative reviews. I worked in the service industry for years and am very understanding but really donāt want what happened to me to happen to someone else!
I donāt treat myself to getting my hair done as much as Iād love because Iām in school full time but I decided to treat myself to feel pretty for my graduation the next week. I scheduled a balayage with Sarah, found my inspiration pictures and showed them to her at the beginning. She glanced at them quickly and said itād be no problem. She did my hair, curled it, and when I looked in the mirror I realized it was more blonde than I expected but didnāt say anything. (The lighting in the salon is super weird and dark so I thought maybe it was just the lighting and of course your hair always looks ābetterā after they curl it).
Anyways I go home wash it Sunday, dry, and straighten it and while Iām doing it I realize it is NOTHING like what I wanted. It had SO MUCH blonde in it (that had a weird green / brassy hue to it) and my inspo pic had very little blonde and where it was blonde in the inspo pic it was very cool and ashy. The money pieces were SO stripey and ugly and were so harsh against the rest of my hair. The blonde through out was so stripey and blocky and not blended well at all. I was so upset and instantly texted that night asking if we could do something to fix it because my graduation was in 5 days, I didnāt hear back til the next evening and was told she had nothing til Friday (my graduation) and would see about moving clients. After tip I paid $250 for this hair and it looked nothing at all like what I wanted so I felt so lost trying to figure out what to do.
Tuesday I asked for a refund because I hadnāt heard from her about anything and my graduation was coming up fast. She told me she would give me half a refund (not including my tip) because she couldnāt see me anywhere before my graduation. So I had to try to find someone to pay again to fix my hair. Luckily I found an amazing stylist from somewhere else who was so sweet and fit me in when I showed her my hair.
I guess if you still decide to go here be cautious if it comes out completely different than what you asked for they wonāt fix it, youāll have to pay someone else to color correct it and redo it, and then will still pay a...

I am absolutely blown away by Kirstin's exceptional skills as a hair stylist. From the moment I reached out to her via Instagram, I knew I was in good hands. Her communication skills are top-notch, making it easy to discuss my hair color ideas and what I hoped to achieve.
Kirstin took the time to walk me through every step of the process, from understanding my desired look to how I styled my hair on a daily basis. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in getting to know me made me feel like I was working with a friend, not just a stylist.
But what really sets Kirstin apart is her personality. She's sweet, funny, and personable - making the entire experience an absolute joy. I felt at ease in her chair, and her infectious energy had me laughing and smiling throughout our appointment.
Five stars simply aren't enough to express my gratitude for Kirstin's incredible work. She truly rocks, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and caring hair stylist. I went in, she met with me for 5 minutes and said she would text me that evening to let me know about pricing for hair services I was interested in. After 2 days of not hearing anything, I emailed her asking if she had pricing for me yet. Nothing. I texted the following day and asked again. I stated to her if she can't help me, please let me know so that I can book else where in ample time (I am going on a trip out of the country on Sept 9 and I had let her know that from the beginning). Nothing. How hard it is it respond to an email or text? This is very unprofessional behavior and I won't be recommending this salon to anybody I know.
