EWARE!!! I went in one week ago to get a haircut from Erin. Although the salon was cute and everyone was polite, I ended up walking out with something I wasn't happy with. I thought if I just played around with it for a little I would end up liking it in the end since I got something done to my hair that I'm not quite used to. I finally made the decision that I didn't quite like it and I would like to get it fixed and I have been trying to contact the salon for the past 3 ENTIRE DAYS and have yet to hear any response at all whatsoever. I went to their website and sent them a message on the "contact us" section, I went on Instagram and direct messaged BOTH the Salon Instagram page and Erin's Instagram page, I sent a message on their Facebook page and I also left a voicemail. I have tried contacting them in 5 DIFFERENT WAYS and in 3 DAYS and I have yet to hear anything back from anyone. In addition I never got a discount that was told would be provided to people who booked their appointments between this day and that day. I booked my appointment in the correct time and never got my 20% off. Extremely extremely extremely disappointed with the customer service. I am not one to write reviews at all about anywhere but I felt it was necessary to let people know that you need to beware that they may or may not call you back or apply the discount to the service if...

I really wanted to give this place a nice review. However. I got my hair colored a few months ago and it looked nothing like the picture I showed for reference- in fact not a single person in my life believed or noticed I did anything to it. After lots of back and forth the owner agreed to give me 20% off a return visit. So last night I went back. She didn’t remember or note our issue or the agreed upon discount from last time so we had to start all over. Cut to- The color is more noticeable this time but still not as the picture. They did give me “20% off”, but also charged me $35 more than last time. Convenient. I also noticed this morning that my hair is INCHES longer on the left side. I’ve been seeing Bailey G at Suite Escape for several months now as I’ve been growing out a bob with bangs, and transitioning from brown to blonde hair. Bailey has been amazing every step of the way! I’m new to coloring my hair so she has done an amazing job listening to my requests as well as offering suggestions and recommendations to get me to my desired color. She’s also been great at trimming and reshaping my chunky blunt bangs into curtain bangs as they’ve grown out, and styles my hair into truly flawless beachy waves every time. I can’t say enough good things about her, she’s kind, professional, and has a great eye for what blonde shades work best for my skin tone.
