Well this manager named Bryan over charged me my 1st month. He first tried to say I had some other insurance. Then the final answer was it was an error on his new employee there. Now after I specified I wanted to pay my tv.stand and my furniture separate. That way before the 4 month came I’d just have my furniture ti pay off. Well he just made this BIG AGGRESSIVE LOUD VOICE THEN ACTUALLY COMES FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER LIKE HE WAS GONNA DO SOMETHING TO ME.ITS ALL ON YALLS CAMERA. I SPECIFICALLY SAID that I wanted to pay each one of them one by now till my 4th month came. This manager named Bryan is very unprofessional and rude. The. More I told him why u was doing this he became aggressive and loud towards me. The store address is 7731Mall Rd Florence,Ky 41042!!! This guy needs an attitude adjustment. All I wanted was to pay my stuff of one at a time. Even the lady Amanda that works there remembered what I said. At first they printed up all my stuff with one one payment amount. Like this guy really pissed me off to be totally honest. Like a real disappointment!! I was very calm and this Bryan manager blew this situation out of control when I said I was going to let the people know how rude he was to me. Read moreI have to start by saying this AARONS store is the ABSOLUTELY the BEST!!!I I have been leasing from this store for about 9 yrs. I choose to go through Aarons because of their awesome products and pricing.which helps out tremendous if I don't have the money to just go out and purchase the item I need or want .However this is not my only reason I choose Aarons but I choose this exact Aarons because of the customer service .The employees at this AARONS will and have gone above and beyond to do everything they can to make u happy and to make sure u get the best product at a great price., and if u run into issues where u may have trouble they don't stop till u are at ease and without loosing your great products ..Over the yrs I have gotten just about everything from Aarons And some items a couple times over..lol. I really love this store !!! I cannot speak highly enough. I was dreading having to go in to try out the different mattresses. Chris was so right. Getting the RIGHT mattress would be worth the trip. From the moment my fiance and I walked in the door, we were made to feel welcome and valued. No fast talking or high pressure sales approaches. Just informative and helpful service with an enjoyable friendly experience. Once we made our decision, Chris and his staff took it from there and were sure to assure us that they would make sure we got everything we wanted, in the time we were promised. Chris is an exceptional store manager and a rare find. Aaron's, hold on tight and take care of him. They are a rare breed and can be overworked. Consumers, if you're in a position to have to lease to own or lease for a certain term, this location of Aaron's should be your chosen one. If you shop online, your purchased items MUST come in NEW condition so will take a little more time. If you want faster delivery, see what Chris can get you from local locations. Just inside tip.
