Great gym. Very clean. Nice staff. I recently moved away and when I signed up I was specifically told there were no cancellation fees. I canceled a few days ago. Today I was charged $30 as usual but I was also charged an additional $49 on top of it for a total of $79. Ripping $80 out of someone’s account when you specifically said “no cancellation fees or anything like that so don’t worry” is bad business. I don’t recommend joining up unless you want to get hit with nearly $100 in cancel fees when you leave.
Update: they issued refunds on both charges. Bringing this up to four stars because it’s really not a bad gym. Just had the one bad experience...

I was never told I would be charged if I did not cancel the membership. On the Monday after the trial ended, I was charged. So I called just thinking it was an error and they refused to refund my money. Not professional at all about the situation.
