Party Wow — Local services in Florence

I was in the store tonight and witnessed a manager berating a male employee. This employee had been helping us prior to this unprofessional behavior and was shocked that a manager (her name tag said heather after I saw her again afterwards) would talk to another employee on the sales floor in front of other employees and customers. I have been a store manager for many years and I would never have someone like that employed under me. She was rude and I’m sure the poor kid was embarrassed. Needless to say, I left empty handed and probably will not be back if I see her there. My husband was appalled. The male employee, however, was very nice and helped us find what we were looking for. I wish I could give him a 5 star review and give her a zero. I usually don’t leave reviews but something needs to be done about that kind...

Shea it's probably one of the best workers that you have ..I called she went right found the costume, held on to it for me till I could get off work.. went around the store when she had time found other things that she thought I would like.. I have got a daughter going to the wee warrior contest at Wilson . TOMORROW we will have pictures to post for everything that come out of party wow.. Shea needs a major high five... I am very proud of that lady she's a keeper y'all keep her... The wear bunch...

Absolutely terrible customer service policies regarding coupons and returns. First off, they rejected a coupon that didn’t expire until the end of November and said I couldn’t use it til November 1st (when the items I needed would be useless) despite no such warning or indication anywhere on the coupon. Second, if you buy ANYTHING Halloween related you better make sure it’s the right thing because after the 21st you CANNOT return it even if it’s still brand new and unopened...
